About Us
We are a husband and wife team with extensive knowledge in decorating, design, construction and increasing the aesthetic as well as monetary/investment value of properties. We have collectively flipped 18 homes with great success.
Paula is an expert in interior design and decorating and boasts a certificate in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute of San Francisco and London. She also holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas which lends to great budgeting aptitude.
Paul is a licensed general contractor, University of Minnesota graduate, has been a licensed real estate appraiser for more than 20 years, and is a previous realtor. He has extensive knowledge in construction and home design.
Together we are a dynamic duo who are extremely creative, compassionate, and customer focused while at the same time being financially astute.
